A new awesome laser sword arrives in Star Wars: Galaxy s Edge
Star Wars: Galaxy s Edge is a kind of pilgrimage for Star Wars fans, a chance to walk around Black Spire s outpost on the distant border planet of Batuu. You can offer a blue milk, board the Millennium Falcon and even build your own laser sword. Now, after a Disney blog challenge, a new laser sword is gaining.
The Cal Kestis Cal Laser Saber Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be available for purchase at DOK-Ondar s den of antiquities later in the year - the ideal holiday gift for this Jedi of your life. Of course, one of the impressive features of the game was the ability to make your own sword using pieces you find, and even the Cal sword change shape during the game, so to clarify - it s the sword Cal default that arrives at the shop.
The Cal sword has a particularly afflicted appearance, carrying the scars of the trauma that Cal himself suffered during his escape from the brutal order 66, which destroyed most Jedi. Cal kept his sword hidden up to the events that launched the story in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, and much of the game loop involves mastery of the old Jedi weapon. The CAL laser sword will be carefully recreated on a large scale and added to the collection on the edge of Galaxy, which also has conventional saber designs such as curved saber from Count DOOKU or the binoculable blades of Ahsoka Tano.
The Emblematic Laser Saber of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order has won a survey on an article from Disney Parks Blog, beating the fierce competition of five other legendary sabers. The survey results were:
Cal Kestis - 40.79% Who-Gon Jinn - 19.56% Anakin Skywalker - 12.37% Lord Corvax - 11.41% Kanan Jarrus - 9.85% Ezra Bridger - 6.02%
There are some classic swords in there, and it is very likely that some of them, if not all, will make their way in the legendary dok-Ondar collection at some point. The victory of Cal Kestis is a great recognition of the popularity of Star Wars video games, and it s great to see our preferred hobby well represented in the galaxy far, far away....
