The future beta event of End of Dragons is open to all
Arenanet announced its latest future extension for Guild Wars 2, End of Dragons, earlier this year. The Guild Wars franchise was a must in the MMO industry and recently, Arenanet gave more confidence to the fans by providing an update of the Studio on Development and more. The company noted that the pandemic had its effects, but that it brought some changes to the head of the company and listened carefully to the comments. Today, Arenanet has announced that there will be a beta event of elite specialization of Guild Wars 2: End of Dragons from August 17 to 21.
During the beta event, fans can connect to the game to enjoy three new elite specializations. In addition, fans do not need to pre-buy the extension, which means that any player with an account can join the pleasure. On August 17, once the players connect, they will notice three élite specialization beta character locations on their character screen. Players can use these maximum level characters to test their skills, capabilities and more.
The limitations on the characters of the beta event include that they are temporary, that their progress will not be registered and that they can play in the existing content within Tyrie, including the content of the open world, the world against the world, the content instantiated and more. Fans can take a look at the beta characters on Friday as developers will organize a livestream on the official Twitch channel.
Guild Wars 2: End of Dragons, the third extension of the game, should go out in February 2022 while the cycle of the Tyrie dragons collapses. With fishing skills, new mounts and more, End of Dragons plans to bring new content to the world of Tyrie.
